CHESAPEAKE

Earlier this month, Chesapeake police said a man stole a car, drove it to a convenience store and then stole three bars of soap. Now, police need help to identify him.

On Feb. 16, police said the man stole the car from the 2000 block of Old Greenbrier Road. Soon after, the man was seen on security footage at a  convenience store in the 800 block of Canal Drive where he stole the soap.

Police said he left the convenience store in the stolen car.

Anyone with information about the man is encouraged to call the Chesapeake Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip online at p3tips.com.
