SOAP LAKE – Soap Lake’s annual Winterfest returns on Saturday with a visit from Santa, a Christmas-themed play and more.
At 3 p.m., a firetruck carries Santa to the gazebo at Canna Street and Main Avenue, where children can line up to voice their Christmas wishes.
Masquers Theater’s performance of “Jingle Bells Jury” starts at 2 p.m. Tickets are $7 for adults and children 12 and under are free with a donation for the Soap Lake Food Bank.
Soap Lake High School is also hosting a Christmas Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the high school gym.
The Del Red is hosting Turkey Bingo at noon for all ages.
Winterfest is organized by the Soap Lake Chamber of Commerce.
